Talks & Photos from Day 3

Day 3 at freed.in/2008 saw some very exciting talks, we had Nagurjuna starting off the day with a talk on the SELF project. This was followed by an eye-operning talk on Open Standards by Venky Hariharan. There is some very active lobbying going on around open standards, check out whats happening on the ILUG-D wiki. Aanjhan Ranganathan gave a very nice talk on FOSS for Electronic enthusiasts, this was followed by a great lunch and then more exciment post-lunch, two talks on Independent Music and Radio by Shreyas, Friji and Raj , then one of the most awaited talks on the OLPC by Sayamindu and the last talk of the session by Pradeepto on the exciting educational software in KDE. In all a very good day.
